About

How vertigo care fits your symptoms and injury history

Vertigo care begins with the symptom pattern, not a preset plan. We ask when dizziness occurs, what movement affects it, and whether an accident, whiplash, neck pain, or chronic condition matters. Our team reviews your health history and examines the concerns connected to movement and mobility. We explain relevant findings before treatment begins, so you understand the proposed direction. Buyer fit matters. Vertigo care may suit people seeking an evaluation for recurring dizziness or balance concerns, but sudden severe symptoms can require urgent medical attention. Our clinic discusses non-emergency concerns and helps identify when another medical evaluation is more appropriate.

What Vertigo Treatment Covers

Vertigo Treatment is a clinical care service that evaluates spinning sensations, dizziness, balance problems, and related movement concerns.

  • Vertigo Treatment differs from a general chiropractic adjustment because it focuses on symptom patterns and balance-related function.
  • Care in Hermitage follows the same individualized evaluation process we use for patients throughout the Nashville area.

Knowledgable and friendly staff. Dr. Roberts is amazing and always makes me feel at ease and takes time to catch up with me. They get you in and out as quick as possible without making it feel like they're rushing you. Physically I'm feeling a lot better since I started coming here. There's a reason they consistently get 5 star reviews. Stop reading this and go book an appointment.

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly. The office is clean and laid back. Not much of a wait. The doctor walks you through every step and tells you what he’s going to do and has answers any questions I’ve had to the best of his knowledge. Normally I am afraid to go to doctors and be in offices but this place has been a different experience. I would recommend anyone to come here. The front desk ladies are helpful and friendly

Questions about dizziness, balance, and vertigo care

Who provides vertigo treatment in Hermitage?

Advanced Injury Care Clinic provides vertigo care for patients in Hermitage and throughout the Nashville area. Our chiropractic and medical team reviews symptoms, health history, and injury details before discussing a plan. We also explain relevant findings and patient education topics, so you understand what the proposed care involves.

What happens during the first visit for dizziness?

The first visit begins with a discussion of your symptoms, health history, and injury background. We ask about movement triggers and related concerns such as neck pain or whiplash. Our team then explains relevant findings and possible next steps. Bring medical records or imaging reports if you already have them.

Can vertigo care help after whiplash?

Whiplash-related dizziness can be reviewed as part of a wider injury evaluation. Our team considers the neck, movement limits, balance concerns, and symptom history together. Results vary because each injury differs. We’ll explain whether individualized chiropractic care, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, or another step fits the findings.

Which part of a vertigo consultation changes the price?

The cost depends on the services your evaluation requires and the care plan discussed afterward. Relevant factors include the health history review, examination, records, and any clinically indicated testing. Our owner-provided offer is a free consultation, where our medical team discusses symptoms, injury history, and possible diagnostic testing before recommending care.

Do I need a referral before discussing dizziness?

A referral is not stated as a requirement for discussing dizziness with our clinic. Patients may begin with a free consultation that covers symptoms, injury history, and possible diagnostic testing. Bring any records you have, and tell us about medicines or medical conditions that could affect the care discussion.

When should dizziness become an urgent medical concern?

Sudden weakness, trouble speaking, fainting, severe headache, or new vision changes require urgent medical attention. These warning signs can point to a serious problem beyond routine chiropractic care. Our clinic can discuss non-emergency dizziness and balance concerns, but emergency symptoms should receive immediate medical evaluation.

Can home exercises replace an evaluation for vertigo?

Home exercises should not replace an evaluation when dizziness keeps returning or follows an injury. The right exercise depends on symptoms, movement findings, and health history. Our team can discuss therapeutic exercise when it fits the care plan. Stop an exercise that worsens symptoms and seek medical guidance.

Scenarios

When Customers Call Us About Vertigo Treatment

1

Dizziness after a car accident

Dizziness that starts after a crash can occur alongside whiplash, neck pain, or other injury concerns. The timing, movement triggers, and full accident history matter during the evaluation. Write down when symptoms began and bring any records you have. Our team can review the information and explain whether individualized chiropractic care fits the wider injury picture.

2

Recurring spinning during movement

Repeated spinning sensations can make walking, turning, or daily tasks feel uncertain. The pattern matters because symptoms may appear only with certain movements or positions. Note what brings them on and how long they last, without guessing at the cause. A consultation gives our team a chance to review those details and discuss suitable care.

3

Balance concerns with neck pain

Balance concerns and neck pain can appear together, especially after an injury or during a chronic pain problem. Our evaluation considers both symptoms, along with your health history and movement limits. Bring a short symptom record and describe activities that feel difficult. We’ll explain the findings before recommending a treatment plan.

Our Other Services

Applied KinesiologyUnclear movement patterns can make pain difficult to understand. Applied kinesiology uses manual muscle testing, gait checks, and range-of-motion findings to identify weak links and guide a focused chiropractic care plan.
Auto Accident Injury TreatmentAfter a crash, soreness may appear hours later and affect daily movement. We assess seatbelt injuries, collision forces, and soft-tissue strain, then document findings and plan care for safer recovery.
Back Pain TreatmentBack pain can make lifting, sitting, and sleeping uncomfortable. Lumbar movement checks and posture findings help identify the source, while chiropractic care and home exercises work toward steadier movement.
Chiropractic AdjustmentRestricted spinal joints can limit movement and make ordinary tasks painful. Chiropractic adjustments use controlled manual force at selected vertebrae to improve joint motion and reduce strain around the spine.
Chiropractic RehabilitationReturning to work or normal activity takes more than short-term pain relief. Chiropractic rehabilitation combines mobility drills, strengthening exercises, and progress checks to rebuild function after injury or prolonged discomfort.
Headache TreatmentTension headaches can begin in the neck and disrupt work, driving, or sleep. We examine cervical motion, upper-back tension, and posture, then use chiropractic care to address contributing musculoskeletal strain.
